Maximum capacity for the upstairs Function Room: 100 People
Outside areas where tents can be used, are available for Functions up to 250 People.

| Cost; II. Sixtyone to One Hundred People $500 which includes; a. Tables & Chairs b. Linens (Some Choice of Colors) c. Dishes, Silverware, and Water, Toast, Wine Glasses d. Two Bartenders |
| Cost; III. One Hundred to One Hundred Fifty $750. Over One Hundred People the Price will be quoted according to your needs. a. Tables & Chairs up to 100 people b. Linens ( Some Choice of Color) c. Dishes, Silverware, and Water, Toast, Wine Glasses up to 100 people d. Four Bartenders |

*Information and Requirements*
A $100 Deposit is needed to hold your date. In the event of cancellation of your event, payments are non-refundable unless the space is subsequently resold.
Functions lasting more than five hours will be charged an additional $100/hour for each hour after five hours.
All food items must be supplied by a licensed caterer or firm.
The service and sale of alcoholic beverages will be by Edge Hill Golf Course. No personal beverages will be allowed.
A 18% gratuity will be added to all open bar bills.
If you prefer to have the Golf Course closed during your event the following fees will apply;
• All day am & pm $1000
• Half day after 1:30 pm $600
* If the Bar will not be open an additional Charge will be added
* Any additional needs are subject to Added Charges
If you like a Dance Floor, Arrangements can be made for rentals.
We also can help you in renting all sizes of tents.
